Financial Information

If you do not have dental insurance, your payment is expected in full on the day of treatment, unless financial arrangements are made. If you have dental insurance, we will gladly file it for you.

We request that you pay your “patient portion” on the day of treatment, which is the estimated amount your insurance will not cover. We will verify your benefits and inform you of this amount on the day of your appointment, or we strongly encourage you to contact your insurance carrier for this information. Once insurance pays, we will send you a statement or refund to reconcile your account.

Our office accepts payments by cash or credit card. For all cash payments paid in full, we offer a 5% discount (this is for cash only and does not apply to check payments). As the member, and to ensure you are fully aware of your insurance benefits prior to your appointment, we strongly encourage you to contact your insurance provider. The phone number and contact information for member services can be found on the back side of your dental insurance card.

Prior to your appointment, we will verify your benefits and inform you of your estimated co-pay. Once insurance pays, you will receive a statement for any remaining balance or a refund to reconcile your account.
